What's the difference between Standard, Premium, Deep / VIP, and Move-out?
Standard is the regular reset — floors, surfaces, kitchen and baths. Premium is standard elevated, with extra detail and high-touch finishes. Deep / VIP goes further — baseboards, appliances, and the corners a standard skips. Move-in / move-out is an empty-home clean, top to bottom, ready for keys or a deposit.
Are you insured?
Yes — Kentucky Cleaning Pros is fully insured. We're veteran-owned, and every job is done to a veteran's standard of care.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's entirely up to you. Many clients leave access instructions and come home to a finished house; others prefer to be there. Whatever's comfortable — just let us know when you book.
