No. A house that needs cleaning is the reason to call, and nobody is coming to judge it.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If you are not happy with a cleaning we did, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean the missed areas free, or we will refund you.
How do I book a cleaning?

What is the difference between Standard, Premium, Deep and Move-out?
Premium, our flagship, is the standard clean plus extra detail and high-touch finishes. Standard is the regular reset: floors, surfaces, kitchen and baths. Deep goes further, taking in baseboards, appliances, and the corners a standard skips. Move-in and move-out is an empty-home clean, top to bottom, ready for keys.
What do you not clean?
Standalone carpet cleaning, windows above ground level, and commercial or janitorial work. We can also decline anything involving hazardous materials, biohazards, excessive waste, pest infestations or unsafe working conditions. If something is outside a normal clean, get in touch and we will see whether we can accommodate it.
