Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kentucky Cleaning Pros ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at kentuckycleaningpros.com or contact us through it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep our website working well:
- Form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, the service you selected, your message if you write one, and whether you checked the box saying you have used us before.
- How you found us. With each form, we also receive the page you sent it from, the first page you visited, a general source such as Google or Facebook (never the address of the website you came from), and any campaign tags or ad click IDs that were in the link you followed.
- Visit data. Our analytics record the pages you view, how you move through them, your device and browser, and your approximate location, worked out from your IP address. This does not give us your name, phone number, or address.
- Phone taps. When you tap a phone number on our website, our analytics record that the tap happened and which page it came from.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives your IP address and basic browser details to deliver our pages and protect the website from abuse. Our contact form uses your IP address for a short time to block repeated spam, and our records of a sent form keep only the first part of it.
Who receives it
When you send the form, it is emailed to us through Google's email service. More Calls Digital, the company that built and runs this website for us, receives a copy and saves it in a lead inbox it runs for us. This website does not send your form to anyone else.
How we use it
Your information is used to:
- Contact you about the service you requested.
- Measure how our website is performing and which pages help people find us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see, in total, how people use our website. When you tap a phone number or send the contact form, Google Analytics receives a label for that page or form, so we can see which pages prompt people to reach out. Google Analytics sets cookies, whose names start with _ga, to tell one visit from the next. They last up to two years unless you clear them. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Two more things are stored in your browser for your visit only, and both clear when you close the tab: a note that you already sent the form, and the general source and first page described above.
Children
Our services and our website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
