Any pricing shown on the Site or produced from your quote request is an estimate only, not a binding offer. Final pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed with you directly before any cleaning is performed.
The specifics of any cleaning we provide — scope, schedule, access, and payment — are agreed with you directly at booking; those arrangements, not this Site, govern the work. Kentucky Cleaning Pros LLC is veteran-owned.
Our SMS program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By providing your mobile number and opting in on our booking form, you consent to receive recurring automated booking-related text messages from Kentucky Cleaning Pros LLC (confirmations, scheduling, and reminders). The Site and its content (text, design, photos, and video) are ours and provided for information. Please don't copy, resell, or misrepresent it as your own.
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning we performed, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge — or we'll refund you.
The Site is provided "as is." While we take pride in our work, we make no guarantee of a specific result from information on the Site — this does not affect the satisfaction guarantee above, which applies to cleanings we actually perform.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or if our team cannot access your home at the scheduled time, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We treat your home with care. If anything is damaged during a cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review it and make it right, including through our insurance where applicable. Damage reported more than 48 hours after a cleaning may not be eligible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kentucky Cleaning Pros LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any rights you have under the direct service arrangement for a cleaning we actually perform.
Kentucky Cleaning Pros LLC also maintains booking, SMS, and privacy terms on its booking platform (currently at kentuckycleaningprosllc.nebulabrandgroup.com), where SMS consent and payment are processed. Those platform terms govern the booking transaction, SMS consent, and payment. The terms on this Site supplement them and describe our services and website. If there is a direct conflict regarding SMS consent, dispute resolution, or payment, the booking-platform terms control. All agreements are with Kentucky Cleaning Pros LLC.
Disputes relating to a booking or our services are handled under the dispute-resolution terms of our booking platform referenced above, which currently provide for binding arbitration. Please review those terms when you book.
